摘要
研究了口灌给药方式下诺氟沙星在草鱼组织中的分布及药物动力学规律,其血清、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中的药物用反相高效液相色谱法(Re-HPCL)测定。试验结果表明,水温(26±1)℃,以10 mg/kg剂量单次给草鱼口灌诺氟沙星后,肝脏和肾脏中的药物浓度明显大于肌肉和血液中的药物浓度,其血药浓度-时间数据用一级吸收二室模型描述较为合适,吸收半衰期t1/2Ka、分布半衰期t1/2α和消除半衰期t1/2β分别为0.1468、0.5224、82.8811 h。
The distribution and pharmacokinetics of norfloxaein(NFX) were investigated in serum, muscle, liver and kidney of grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idellus L[(22+2) g in body weight] with a singledosing oral administration of 10 mg NFX/kg body weight at water temperature of (26±1)℃ by Re-high performance liquid chromatography (Re-HPLC). There were significantly higher drug concentrations in the liver and kidney than that in the muscle and serum. The serum concentration-time data were best described as a two-compartment open model with first order absorption, with the half-life of absorption t1/2Kα of (0. 1468±0. 0046)h, the half-life of distribution t1/2α (0. 5224±0. 0812)h,and the half-life of elimination t1/2β(82. 8811±0. 7391)h.
