摘要
研究了高性能水泥复合砂浆与混凝土之间的粘结性能.通过钻芯拉拔试验,研究既有构件混凝土强度等级、界面剂、高性能复合砂浆强度等级3种因素对高性能水泥复合砂浆与混凝土之间粘结性能的影响.钻拉试验破坏发生在原有修补界面,粘结界面的钻拉强度随着既有混凝土构件的强度等级和砂浆强度等级的提高而提高,随着不同界面剂的使用而不同.分析表明:既有混凝土构件的强度等级对界面粘结性能影响极不显著,高性能复合砂浆强度等级影响高度显著,界面剂因素影响更加显著.
This research was done on the tensile behavior of high performance cement-mortar to concrete through core-drilling and pull - stripping test. The influence of old concrete strength, interface cementitious agent and high performance cement-mortar strength on the tensile strength was investigated in the test. The test result has shown that the destruction shape arises in the adhesive section in the core-drilling and pull-stripping test. The tensile strength increases with the increase of concrete strength and high performance cement-mortar strength, and the tensile strength changes with the use of different interface cementitious agents. Prominent property analysis of influential factors of tensile strength has shown that interface cementitious agent is more prominent than cement - mortar strength, and concrete strength is less prominent.
