夹芯节能墙砌体抗弯性能的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过4个强度等级水泥砂浆砌筑的48个试件,对烧结装饰多孔砖夹芯复合墙砌体沿通缝和沿齿缝2种弯曲抗拉强度进行了研究。研究表明,破坏形式除了主要取决于砂浆层与块体的粘结面强度外,由于有了夹芯层,在内、外墙中出现了块体齿缝破坏、砂浆通缝破坏的形式;建议夹芯砌体平均弯曲抗拉强度计算公式为:通缝抗弯取ftm,m=0.45f20.30;齿缝抗弯取ftm,m=0.89f20.30。 Study is made on tensile strength in bending along straight joint and toe joint of sandwich composite wall masonry with sintered decorative porous brick by 48 test specimens laying with four strength grades of cement mortar. The study indicates: expect the destructive form that is mainly depend on strength of bonding area between mortar layer and block,the block toe joint and mortar straight joint destructive forms are accrued in internal and external walls due to sandwich,and it is suggested that the computing formula of average tensile strength in bending of sandwich masonry is the bending resistance of straight joint ftm,m=0.45f2^0.30, the bending resistance of toe joint ftm,m=0.89f2^0.30.
