摘要
为了研究生长调节物质在亚麻生产中的应用,本试验使用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)在快速生长期对亚麻进行喷施,并研究其对亚麻过氧化物同工酶的影响。在亚麻快速生长期喷施GA3后一周取样,进行酶活性测定及同工酶电泳分析表明:在快速生长期喷施不同浓度GA3使亚麻POD活性产生明显的变化,当GA3浓度300 mg.kg-1时,亚麻POD酶活性最高。
In order to re.search the influence that growth regulation substance on flax,GA3 was sprayed in period of rapid elongation to study the effect of different concentration on POD isoenzyme. A week later after spraying GA3, the enzyme activity and electrophoresis were conducted,the results showed that POD activity varied evidently with different GA3 concentration and achieved the highest activity when GA3 concentration was 300 mg·kg^-1.
