摘要
介绍了常规绳状喷射溢流染色机双副缸染色工艺的注料方式,与常规单副缸染色工艺进行了生产实践对比。结果表明,在保证染色效果合格的前提下,双副缸染色工艺可大幅度缩短染色工艺时间,达到节能降耗、提高生产效率的目的。
The addition methods of dyes and auxiliaries of the normal rope overflow jet dyeing machine with twin auxiliary vessels are introduced, and its dyeing process is compared with that of single vessel. The results indicate that on condition that the dyed product should be satisfactorily guaranteed, the dyeing process with twin dyeing vessels can shorten the dyeing time a great deal.
