摘要
从国外水源保护区的生态补偿机制的研究入手,分三种模式介绍了国外水源保护区生态补偿的途径、模式及补偿的运作方式,分析了我国现行生态补偿机制的缺陷,并借鉴国外的先进经验,提出了符合我国国情的发展建议。
This article starts from the research overseas with introducing clearly the paths,patterns of the advanced experience in the ecological compensation.Facing the disadvantages existing in operation of our ecological compensation,suitable suggestions are given to correct and refine our current operation.
