既有高层建筑现场浇筑式聚氨酯外墙保温技术研究

摘要 为了贯彻"节约能源、保护环境"的基本国策,国家对建筑节能工作加大了实施力度,促使一些既有高层建筑(无外墙保温)进行节能改造。随着改造工程的实施,促进了新保温技术的出现,现场浇筑式聚氨酯外墙保温就是其中的一项。结合既有高层建筑工程实例,详细介绍了现场浇筑式聚氨酯外墙保温技术的难点及施工中应注意的问题。结合设计、施工、材料对既有高层建筑现场浇筑式聚氨酯保温做法进行了分析,进一步控制因基层与保温层的粘结力不足,而造成的保温层开裂、脱落的质量通病,总结出了建筑墙体现场浇筑式聚氨酯保温施工的模板的安装、浇筑等施工工艺。 In order to implement the "energy conservation, environmental protection" basic national policy, national energy-saving construction increases implementation efforts to promote the energy saving modification for a number of existing high-rise buildings (without external wall insulation). Accompanied with the implementation of the reconstruction project, the new insulation technologies have promoted, on-site pouring polyurethane external wall insulation is one of these. This paper introduces its technical difficulties and attentive problems in construction. On-site pouring polyurethane external wall insulation of high-rise building is analyzed based on the design, construction, and material. The construction process such as pouring and templates installation of on-site pouring polyurethane external wall insulation is summarized finally.
