摘要
阐述了EPC的内涵及目前国际国内电力工程EPC总承包的现状,对国内电力工程EPC总承包的应用及存在问题进行了深入剖析,对制约电力工程开展EPC总承包管理的因素进行了分析,最后提出了加强电力工程EPC总承包管理的若干建议。
The connotation of EPC and status of international and domestic electric power project EPC general contract is expounded.A thorough analysis on application of the electric power project EPC general contract in China and existing problems is made. Some restrictive factors for implementing electric power project EPC general contract management are analyzed. Finally, several proposals to strengthen the electric power project EPC general contract management are put forward.
