摘要
高职新生由于各种原因不少人存在自悲、缺乏自信的心理现象。这不仅会影响其学业的完成,还会影响其健康成长。因此,作为思想政治教育工作者,应根据高职新生的特点及时加强对他们的思想政治教育。
There are psychological phenomena among some freshmen in vocational colleges who have a feeling of inferiority and lack of self-confidence due to various reasons, which will not only affect their study performance, but also do harm to their healthy growth. Therefore, as the teachers of ideological and political education, we should strengthen the students＇ideological and political education timely according to their characteristics.
