组工干部是党在基层开展组织工作的执行者。改革发展的新形势对组工干部树立新的形象提出了必然要求。创新,是实现必然要求的前提;增强创新意识,提升创新能力,营造创新环境是树立创新型组工干部形象的有效途径和条件。
Organization worker is the executer who carries out organization work of the Party in gross - roots unit. New situation of reform development presented necessary requirement for the organization worker. Innovation is the foundation of realizing the necessary requirement. To strengthen innovation concept, elevate innovation capacity and create innovation environment is the effective approach and condition to set up image of organization worker of new type.
