摘要
改革开放以来,山东蜂业取得了辉煌的成就,蜂产品年产量及出口量大幅度提高,已成为我国重要的蜜蜂产业省份。山东具有得天独厚的发展养蜂业的资源优势,同时在生产、加工、产品质量控制、蜜蜂授粉等方面也存在很多不足。要实现山东蜂业的健康发展,必须加强对蜂业发展重要性的认识,保护蜜粉源资源和蜜蜂种质资源,提高广大蜂农的养蜂技术,严格蜂产品的生产规程,建设一批蜂产品安全与标准化生产基地。本文就山东蜂业的现状进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的发展对策。
Since the reformarion and opening to the outside world,the Shandong's apiculture has achieved rapid growth.The year yield and export quantity of bee products have been increased significantly.Shandong has been an important apiculture province.During the process of Shandong's apiculture development,the resources advantage is obvious.There is shortage in some aspects-bee products processing,such as,the quality control and bee pollination.To carry out the healthy development of Shandong's apiculture,we must strengthen the understanding to the importance of apiculture development,protect the nectariferous plant resources and honeybee germpalsm resources,improve beekeeping technique,perform the producing specification of bee products,construct a batch of bases with product safety and standardization.This article makes a analysis for the present condition of Shandong's apiculture and puts forward some homologous development countermeasures.
