摘要
通过向实用化的压电电声瓷料中加入烧结收敛剂,减少A位Pb2+含量以及改进叠层烧结工艺等方法,实现了瓷片的无垫粉叠层一次烧成。瓷片的电性能优良,剥离率可达70%以上,表面平整光滑。简化了生产工艺,提高了瓷片成品率,降低了生产成本。
