摘要
通过向实用化的压电电声瓷料中加入烧结收敛剂，减少Ａ位Ｐｂ２＋含量以及改进叠层烧结工艺等方法，实现了瓷片的无垫粉叠层一次烧成。瓷片的电性能优良，剥离率可达７０％以上，表面平整光滑。简化了生产工艺，提高了瓷片成品率，降低了生产成本。
By adding sintering astringent piezo acoustic ceramic disks can be acquired by one sintering without isolating powder achieved are reduced PbO content, more smooth surface, simplified process, higher yield and lower cost (no refs )
