徐寅生训练思想是他长期实践的科学总结,它以马列主义哲学为基础,充满了辩证唯物主义,从宏观到微观,对中国乒乓球事业都具有长远的指导作用。辩证唯物主义是徐寅生思想的理论基础;爱国主义是徐寅生训练思想的动力;创新是其训练思想的核心;改造乒乓球人才"生产流水线"是其训练思想的的战略布局。
Xu Yinsheng＇s training ideology camde from his long-term practice. Based on philosophy of Marxism-Leninism, it is brimming with dialectical materialism. It gives far-reaching direction for the development of Chinese ping-pong sport whatever from macro or micro view. With dialectical materialism as its theoretical principle, motivated by patriotism, the core of Xu Yinsheng＇s training ideology is innovated and its strategy is transforming the ＂producing line＂ of Chinese pingpong talents.
