摘要
本文应用刘永清建立的频率等价法与非整数滞后中立型线性离散系统的比较原理［２］，给出了非整数滞后中立型线性时变离散控制系统的镇定，可由无滞后的线性定常离散系统的镇定所蕴含。
Using a frequence equivalence method and a comparison principle of neutral type linear discrete system with nonintegral delays presented by Liu Yongqing, we obtain that the stabilization of linear constant discrete control systems with nondelays imply the stabilization of neutral type linear timevarying discrete control systems with nonintegral delays.
