摘要
目的调查仓储环境中粉螨的孳生情况及多样性。方法采用直接镜检法和水膜镜检法分离粉螨,并进行计数、鉴定及数据分析。结果420份样本中339份检出粉螨,检出率为80.71%。粉螨密度差异较大,从1.5～286.2NO.g-1不等。共检获粉螨26种,隶属7科17属。多样性分析表明,丰富度指数(Rmargalef)为2.65,多样性指数(H′)为3.14,均匀度指数(J)为0.96。结论淮北市仓储环境中粉螨种类较多,污染严重,群落组成多样化,应引起重视。
Objective To investigate the growth and the diversity of acaroid mites in storage depots. Methods Acaroid mites were isolated, counted and identified by the microscopic examination and floatation method. Data were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 420 samples were analyzed. Acaroid mites were isolated from 339 samples with the positive rate of 80.71%. 26 species of acaroid mites, belonging to 17 genera and 7 families, were identified. The population density of acaroid mites was ranged from 1.52 NO.g^-1 to 286.22 NO.g^-1. Result from the diversity analysis showed that the value of the species richness index was 2.65, the species diversity index （Shannon-Wiener） was 3.14 and the species evenness index （Pielou index） was 0.96. Conclusion There were many kinds of acaroids mites in the storage depots in Huaibei area. The composition of acaroid mites was diverse. Attention should be paid for the control of acaroid mites in storage depots.
