摘要
莱钢采用UHPEAF冶炼—LF(VD)精炼—连铸—轧制短流程工艺路线开发生产了N80级36Mn2V非调质油井管用钢,通过采取精料、严格控制电炉终点(TPC)、强化预脱氧、合理调整精炼炉渣、连铸保护浇注、钢管轧后控冷等工艺措施,使生产出的产品具有成分均匀、残余元素含量低、氧含量低、夹杂物少、晶粒细小的特点,较好地满足了石油工业对高质量油井管的要求。
