摘要 济钢1750m3高炉煤气干法除尘与湿法洗涤系统在工艺过程、动力消耗、TRT发电量、物料消耗、煤气质量等方面进行了比较分析,表明干法除尘具有节水、节电、减污、可靠性好的工艺特点,更具有加强能源回收,提高发电量,提高煤气热值,减少占地面积,保护环境的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。 It was carried out that the comparison and analysis between the Dry Dust Filter and the Wet Wishing System for Jinan Steel's 1 750 m^3 BF Gas in technology process, energy sources consumption, TRT generated energy, materials consumption and gas quality etc.The results showed that the dry dedusting had the technology characteristics of saving water, saving electricity, pollution reduction and good reliability. Furthermore, for the economy benefit, society benefit and environment benefit aspects, it can intensify source recovery, heighten power generation, heighten coal gas heat value, decrease available land area and protect environment.
