摘要
作为一种重要的民间投资力量,私募股权基金对中国整个资本市场乃至国民经济的发展有着积极的、不可替代的作用。发展私募股权基金,对建立和健全我国资本市场具有重要的现实意义。我国私募股权基金发展处于起步阶段,无论资金规模,立法水平,较发达国家有很大差距。深入研究私募股权基金的组织形式,充分认识合伙制的优点和特性,以促进多种组织形式的中国私募股权基金的发展。
As an important force of non - governmental investment, private equity fund plays an active and irreplace- able role in the whole capital market even national economy in China. It＇ s of important meaning to establish and perfect China＇s capital market to develop private equity. Private equity fund in China is still in its infancy, and there is a rather great gap compared with the developed countries in either funds scale or legislation. Making in - depth research organizational forms of private equity fund, being well aware of the merits and characteristics of part- nership organization will contribute to the development of multiple organizational forms of private equity fund.
