摘要
目的评价B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床效果。方法经典B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血11例,并复习文献资料。结果本组11例全部止血成功。B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血效果满意,无不良并发症。结论B-Lynch缝合术操作方法简单,止血效果好,安全性高,临床效果确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of B-Lynch suture technique for the control of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Method Eleven cases of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section treated by classical B-Lynch suture technique were retrospectively analyzed with review of the related literature.Result Postpartum hemorrhage was controlled successfully in all the 11 cases by using B-Lynch suture technique without serious complications.Conclusion B-Lynch suture technique is simple,safe,and effective for the control of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.
