摘要
从分析直齿外啮合齿轮泵的困油现象入手,采用扫过面积的方法,以主动齿轮的啮合长度为变量,建立异齿数下齿轮泵卸荷面积及其变化率的理论公式,为后续计算困油压力仿真做好先期准备工作。最后,实例分析异齿数对卸荷面积和困油面积的影响,并得出一些重要的结论。
With length of action of driving gear as a variable and the method of sweep volume,the corresponding formula of trapped area and relief area and their change with length of action in different number of teeth between driving gear and driven gear are derived.The foundation of trapped oil pressure simulation is laid.Finally,the influence of different number of teeth on trapped area and relief area in an example is analyzed,and some important conclusions are deduced.
