摘要
针对Y2-1009车床在使用过程中程控器容易发生故障,且时间继电器定时不准而致使所加工的产品尺寸精度差及操作安全等问题,采用优选更新程控器的办法,克服了上述问题,使该机床更好地满足了使用要求。
To counter that the PLC unit of Y2-1009 lathe is easy to break dawn during operation and the relay timing is not punctual so that the product size tolerances and the operation safety are lower, etc, the problems above have been overcome by means of optimizing and upgrading the PLC unit so as to let the lathe meet ghe applicable requirements further.
