摘要
提出一种微带/共面波导混合结构宽带定向耦合器的设计方案,该方案通过利用微带/槽线的不同耦合结构来实现同相耦合和反相耦合,并将其结合起来从而构成一个宽带的定向耦合器。利用电磁仿真软件IE3D进行了仿真设计,制作了实验样品,给出了样品的测量数据。结果表明:该定向耦合器具有接近一个倍频程的工作带宽,在工作频带内有着良好的幅相输出,同时两隔离端口之间具有良好的隔离度指标。
A novel broadband directional-coupler designed by a hybrid structure composed of microstrip and coplanar-waveguide is presented in the paper. Two kinds of microstrip/coplanar-waveguide junctions are used to realize both coupling in-phase and coupling out-of-phase in the direction-coupler. The structure and principle of the directional-coupler is discussed in detail. Simulated and measured results show that it has a good performance.
