摘要
目的:研究祛肝脂合剂对脂肪肝模型大鼠的治疗作用及机制。方法:采用高脂饮食(普通饲料+10%猪油+2%胆固醇+0.2%胆酸钠)喂养12周造成大鼠脂肪肝模型,分组给药4周,取血检测ALT、AST、TP、ALB、A/G等肝功能指标,同时测定血清MDA、SOD、GSH及总抗氧力,并取肝左叶作组织病理学检查,综合评价祛肝脂合剂对大鼠脂肪肝模型的治疗作用及机制。结果:祛肝脂合剂能改善肝脏功能指标,减轻脂肪肝大鼠脂肪变性程度,增强机体的抗氧化作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:祛肝脂合剂对脂肪肝模型大鼠具有保护作用,抗氧化可能是其作用机理之一。
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Qu GanZhiHeJi (QGZHJ) on the fatty liver model in rats and its mechanism.Methods:Models of fatty liver were set up by feeding high fat diet for 12W. After administering drugs for 4W, the liver function test (ALT,AST,TP,ALB,A/G), serum MDA,SOD, GSH, gross antioxygen ability,and hepatic pathological changes were observed in rats. The effect of QGZHJ on fatty liver was evaluated comprehensively. Results:Compared with model group, QGZHJ could relieve hepatic steatosis and improve liver function. The level of MDA was significantly decreased but the level of ALB and SOD in serum were obviously increased by QGZHJ (P〈0.05). Conclusion:QGZHJ exhibits significant protective effects on fatty liver in rats, antioxidation may be one of its mechanisms.
