摘要
近些年来,在普通高等教育急速扩张的背景下,独立建制的成人师范院校越来越少,仅有的成人师范院校里面成人在校生数量也逐渐萎缩,成人教育好像已经完成了它的历史使命,行将退出历史舞台。但我们也必须看到还有一些肩负着我们基础教育伟大使命的成人学子克服着种种的困难、顶着种种的压力来到了为数不多的成人教育单位满足自己的求知欲。这批成人学子的数量尽管不多,我们为教者还是应尽其本分,恪尽职守,不枉他们的求学苦心。本文以多年的成人教学实践为基础,分析了成人学员的特点,总结了一些英语专业成人教育的经验教训,提出了成人教育中常见的困境,以期对我们的成人教育实践尽一点微薄之力。
Recently, contrary to the fast development of regular higher education, the number of adults colleges gets smaller and smaller, and the adult students become less and less. However, there are still a group of adults who try their best to continue their further education. Based on dozens of years of adult - education practice, this essay lays bare the studying characteristics of the adults and puts up the gain and loss in the education of adults of English majors, hoping to be of any help to our adult education.
