摘要
水利工程建设在发电造福人类的同时,对生态环境造成较大破坏。随着环保意识的增强,建设施工现场的有关单位对此影响进行控制,以降低施工过程中带来的破坏影响,现场的监理工程师在其中发挥着不可忽视作用。文章对监理工程师在生态环境影响控制方面的作用进行探讨,为监理工作在生态保护方面的监督管理工作提供思路。
Water conservancy project is built to generate electricity for the wellbeing of mankind, but it also causes great damages to ecological environment. Along with awareness of environmental protection, the involved construction organizations on site made efforts to control the impact so as to reduce damages during construction. The supervision engineers on site play an important role in this respect. The paper discusses the role of supervision engineers in control of ecological environment impact, providing the concept of supervision management in ecological environment protection.
