摘要
通过大田试验,测定了27个陆地棉花品种的产量性状和纤维品质性状,变异分析结果表明,27个棉花品种的产量性状以单株铃数的变异系数最大、纤维品质性状以断裂比强度的变异系数最大;通径分析结果表明,产量因素性状直接通径系数大小排序依次为单株铃数>单株铃重>单株果枝数>衣分,纤维品质性状依次为伸长率>断裂比强度>上半部平均长度>整齐度>马克隆值;主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分的方差累积贡献率达到82.5%,可反映所有性状的绝大部分变异信息,对各品种的主成分得分进行品种综合评价排名,并把27个棉花品种聚类为4类,与生产实际调查结果基本一致。
The yield and quality characteristics of 27 cotton varieties were measured by the field experiment in 2006. The results showed that the variance coefficient of number of boll per plant was the largest in cotton yield characteristics and the fiber strength was the largest in cotton fiber characteristics of the tested 27 varieties. The path analysis indicated that the direct path coefficient in yield characteristics were arranged, that is , the number of boll per plant〉boll weight〉number of fruit branch per plant〉lint percentage while in fiber quality characteristics the order is elongation rate〉fiber strength〉the average length of upper half part〉the uniformity degree〉the Micronaire value. Principal components analysis showed that the first four principal components variance accumulation contribution rate amounted to 82.5%, which reflected most of the variance information as listed characteristics above. A comprehensive list of the tested varieties was made according to their principal components sorts of each variety and the tested 27 varieties were divided into 3 types, which was basically consistent with the real results.
