摘要
文章讨论了对供电企业服务失误进行评价的意义.并提出了一种评价失误的方法,即基于模糊理论的动态评价方法,并根据该方法的计算结果,对服务失误的补救策略进行了讨论。
The paper researched the significance of assessment of service failure of the power supply enterprise. A method to assess the service failure, namely the dynamic assessment method based on the fuzzy theory, was proposed. The service recovery tactics were also discussed according to the calculation results.
