摘要
文章简要介绍了机械优化设计方法,以体积最小和中心矩最小建立变速器优化设计数学模型,并在可靠性的基础上,给出了约束条件;最后对所建模型进行了实例测试,测试结果表明所建模型正确有效,对齿轮传动的设计具有参考价值。
The machinery optimization design method is briefly introduced. Smallest volume and interaxis distance are considered in transmission optimization design mathematical model. And the constraints are given on basis of reliability. Finally the test is carried on the model, and the result indicates that the model is correct and effective and has reference to the design of the gear transmission.
