摘要
[目的]研究Pb2+处理对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以潍绿4号绿豆种子为材料,研究不同浓度Pb2+处理对绿豆种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的影响。[结果]当Pb2+浓度为6 mg/L时,种子发芽率稍高于CK,随着Pb2+浓度的升高,发芽率呈下降趋势,当Pb2+浓度为80 mg/L时,发芽率仅为CK的42.6%。当Pb2+浓度低于10 mg/L时,种子发芽势高于CK,随着Pb2+处理浓度的升高,发芽势逐渐降低,当Pb2+浓度为80 mg/L时,发芽势仅为CK的28.2%;当Pb2+处理浓度小于10 mg/L时,种子发芽指数和活力指数均高于CK,随着Pb2+浓度的升高,种子发芽指数和活力指数逐渐下降。低浓度Pb2+能促进绿豆根和芽的生长。[结论]Pb2+对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长具有低浓度促进、高浓度抑制作用。
[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of Pb2+ treatment on seed germination and seedling growth of Mung bean.[Method] With Mung bean seed of Weilu 4 as the material,the effects of Pb2+ treatments with different concn.on its germination rate,germination potential,germination indexes and vigor indexes were studied.[Result] When the Pb2+ was 6 mg/L,the seed germination rate was higher than those of CK.With the increase of Pb2+ concn.,the germination rate showed a decreasing trend.When Pb2+ was 80 mg/L,the germination rate was only 42.6% of that of CK.When the Pb2+ was lower than 10 mg/L,the germination potential was higher than that of CK.With the increase of treatment Pb2+ concn.,the germination potential was decreased slowly.When the Pb2+ was 80 mg/L,the germination potential was only 28.2% of that of CK.When Pb2+ was lower than 10 mg/L, the germination indexes and vigor indexes were all higher than those of CK.With the increase of Pb2+ concn.,the seed germination indexes and vigor indexes decreased slowly. Pb2+ with low concn.could promote root and bud growth of Mung bean.[Conclusion] Pb2+ had promation at low concn and inhibition at high concn on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean.
