摘要
在以知识创新和网络链通为主要特征的21世纪,城市型大学一线教学单位亟待厘清自身的组织使命与办学目标,找准高素质应用型人才培养的专业性内涵与市场契合点。通过紧密结合区域经济社会发展的前沿需求,以"产业化"为人才培养的市场目标,引入现代企业市场化运作链条,贯通学生专业实训与职业发展的一体化路径,构建以"学"为核心的产学研校企合作培养平台,在教育创新的过程中彰显城市型大学高素质应用型人才培养的本位职能,切实提升学生的职场核心竞争力。
In the 21st century featured by knowledge imlovation and interact connection, it＇s high time for a city tmiversity＇ s front-fine teaclfing unit to comb out its mission and education obligation, and fix the bonding point of professional connotation and market on high - quality application talents cultivation.
