摘要
传统的标准件库不支持组合件或装配件的存储。对装配件的特征进行分析,建立了机电产品成件数据库,该成件库具有可扩展性。为方便用户对零部件进行查询、使用以及管理,对不同用户分配的不同权限。结合用户登录权限,显示其对该成件系统所具有的功能权限。通过调用成件库中的成件可以直接同当前UG环境中的其它零部件进行装配。减少设计人员大量的重复劳动,提高产品设计效率。
Traditional standard part library can＇t manage assemble models. According to analysis of assembly＇s features ,the produced part library is developed,and the library can be extended. The different role is assigned to different user,that is convenient to user to check ,use or manage parts. According to the special features,how to store and use the assemble parts is researched. At last,the example is show that the design efficiency and quality greatly can be improved.
