摘要
转阀切口设计是汽车转阀式转向器性能好坏的关键之一,目前国内对转阀切口的设计计算通常采用经验公式进行计算,在常规计算的方法基础上,提出了修正阀口的瞬间宽度这一重要基本参数并采用另一总体动态参数将计算曲线向实际曲线拟合的算法,对常规算法进行了修正,提高了精度和准确性的同时,结合采用VC++编程语言,建立了一个计算机辅助计算系统,为转阀式转向器的设计、校合、改良提供了一个强有力的工具。
The performance of a Steering Valve is the most important point to a car's turning ability. At present,mast of the designs of redirector use the classical method.ln this passage,using the curvilinear method depends on the classical methods ,fix the basal factor and used another dynamic factor to fit for the curve and developed a computer software With the VC ++.This method developed the classical method,enhanced the precision and nicety. On the another hand,we also created a mature software to offer a good tool for the design, emendation, amend of steering valve.
