摘要
目的建立白头翁汤中白头翁皂苷B4含量测定的RP-HPLC法。方法采用HypersilC18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm），以乙腈-水（体积比28：72）为流动相，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长205nm，柱温30℃，进样量10μL。结果白头翁皂苷B4质量浓度在0．1—1．5g·L^-1内线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；平均加样回收率为103．1％，RSD为1．2％（n=9）；重复性RSD为1．6％（n=5）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，为白头翁汤及其新剂型改进提供了一种质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Pul- satillae（ traditional Chinese medicine） decoction. Methods Chromatagraphy was performed on a Hypersil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） at 30℃ and 205 nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （V： V = 28： 72, ） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-l. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1 - 1.5 g· L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） ; The average recovery was 99.0% and RSD was 1.6% （ n = 9 ） ;The RSD of re- producibility was 1.6 % （ n = 5 ）. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It can provide a method of quality assessment for Pulsatillae decoction.
