摘要
用三种偶联剂(KH550、KH560、HW101)分别对隔声材料的填料(钢渣)进行处理,制备两种隔声材料,即玻纤/聚氯乙烯复合材料和钢渣粉/玻纤/聚氯乙烯复合材料。利用SEM、万能材料试验机、热重分析仪等对材料的结构形态、拉伸、顶破力学性能、热稳定性和隔声性能等进行了测试。结果表明:钢渣粉的加入能有效提高材料的隔声性能,但力学性能有所下降;钢渣粉经过偶联剂处理而制得的隔声材料又提高了复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性。
Changes in surface microstructure of the filler(slag) of sound insulation material by three types of coupling agent (KH550,KH560,HW101), and then makes two soft sound insulation materials-- GF/PVC and slag / GF/PVC. The structure, mechanical properties, thermostability and sound insulation properties are also investigated via SEM, DMA, thermogravitational analyzer etc. The results show that the sound insulation properties of the composite material are better than those of the material of unfilled with steel-making furnace slag. But its mechanical properties are less than those of the material of unfilled with steel-making furnace slag; the sound insulation material which is treated by coupling agent has good tensil strength and high thermostability.
