我国中小会计师事务所面临的同业压价竞争、专业人才缺乏、客户关系不顺等问题,已经成为制约其生存和发展的障碍。采取"做专做精"策略,通过突出特色优势、加快人才培养、理顺客户关系、重塑企业文化等措施,实现健康可持续发展,是当前中小会计师事务所最现实的选择。
The problems such as low - priced competition strategy, lack of professional talents as well as the inharmonious relationships between customers and clients have become the obstacles to constrain the small and medium- sized accounting firms in our country to develop stronger. In order to realize the aim of "to be more professional and stronger", small and medium- sized accounting firms should make the right choice, that is, adopt the best strategy as "fine and professional management", highlight its speciality, speed up the trainging of talents, harmonize the relationship between the clients and customers, and reset up the corporate culture, in this strategy, which could ensure the small and medium - sized accounting firms to attain healthy and sustainable development.
