基于清单计价法工程项目工期与成本协同优化的探讨

摘要 随着国际建筑市场一体化的加快和工程量清单计价模式的广泛实行,建筑施工企业面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争趋势,这种形式集中体现在合理低价竞争。本文运用成本计划评审法和时间成本优化法,分析在清单计价法下施工企业如何对项目的工期和成本进行控制,在缩短工期的同时降低项目的成本,达到工期与成本的协同优化,使各项费用支出降低,从而加强整个企业的成本管理,提高企业的竞争力。 With the development of integrated international constructional market and widely carrying out of the bill-of-quantity model, construction enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition that concentrated on proper and lower price. Therefore, how to strengthen cost control and improve econoroic benefits will be a great subject of construction enterprises by dynamic management of construction projects. How to control construction period and cost of project by using tiroe-cost optimization was discussed, and the aim was to reduce cost as well as shorten construction period. Finally, collaboration optimization of cost and construction period can be realized to reduce all kinds of costs, strengthen cost control and improve competitiveness of whole enterprises.
