摘要
骨骼肌缺血／再灌注损伤是骨科及显微外科临床中一种常见的严重并发症，如创伤、断肢再植术、应用止血带时间过长、筋膜间隙综合征、动脉栓塞等,都有可能造成骨骼肌缺血／再灌注损伤并带来严重的后果，甚至导致截肢或其他器官继发损伤。故对于骨骼肌的缺血／再灌注损伤机制及防止的研究目前备受重视。
Skeletal muscle isehemia-reperfusion （IR） is recognized in orthopaedics and mierosurgery clinic. Trauma,limb replantation, the long time of tourniquetapplication, compartment syndrome and artery embolization may cause IR, which cause serious consequences and even lend to amputation or organ damage. The researches of IR are currently focused upon.
