摘要
产业集群是区域经济发展的增长极、区域经济产业结构升级和发展的内在动力;区域物流是区域经济的重要组成部分,在一定程度上具有主导性地位的产业作用。文中通过对产业集群发展演化过程的分析,探讨区域产业集群在不同阶段对区域物流网络系统的要求;同时,从区域物流网络空间系统演化过程探讨其对区域产业集群演化发展的作用;进而,从产业集群与区域物流网络空间系统相互作用的关系,分析两者相互作用的机理;在此基础上,提出区域物流网络系统空间布局规划的创新思路,即从区域物流空间系统演化的规律进行规划和布局以及从产业集群发展角度进行规划和布局等,以指导我国区域物流网络空间系统的布局规划。
Industry cluster is the growing pole of regional economy, and the inside power to promote industrial structure. Regional logistics is a very important part of regional economy, and to some extent, it plays a conducting role in industries. Through analyzing the evolution process of industry cluster, this article discussed different requirements on regional logistics network system made by regional industry cluster during its different stages. Meanwhile, it pointed out the effects which regional logistics network system caused to the evolution of regional industry cluster by analyzing the evolution process of regional logistics network system. After that, thinking about the interrelation between industry cluster and regional logistics network system, we gave insight to their interrelation mechanism. Based on discussions above, we put forward some new suggestions on how to plan the regional logistics network system, such as implementing this project by considering the regularity of evolution on regional logistics network system or industry cluster. We hoped that those suggestions could be useful for the layout of regional logistics network system in our country.
