摘要
提高涂装质量一直是涂装技术发展的主题,而底漆质量是汽车涂层质量的内在根本。阴极电泳底漆是当前国际上最先进的汽车涂装技术之一,具有优异的抗腐蚀性能,它使车身的防腐性达10年以上。本文分别从电泳涂装原理、电泳涂装工艺、电泳涂装设备、电泳涂装管理及特点几方面简要介绍国际先进的汽车阴极电泳涂装技术。
Improving painting quality is key to the development of coating technology. The primerpainting quality is essential for automobile inner coating. Cathodic eleetrocoating is one of the most advanced automobile painting technology,which has excellent antisepticising function and can maintain coating for 10 years. The electroeoating technology, system design and management are covered.
