摘要
指出现有的物理处理技术对水系提供能量低的局限性,提出了采用光子来强化和稳定水的磁处理效果的新技术。从理论上分析了磁场下光子对冷却水的物理化学作用,得出光磁协同处理可杀灭水中细菌、降低水的腐蚀性、减少冷却过程中硬垢生成。试验研究了磁场下冷却水对不同频率光波的吸收性能和光磁协同处理后冷却水的腐蚀性,结果表明:红外光协同磁场处理冷却水可获得最佳的效果。
Considering the problem that water gets energy too little from current physical water treatment, a new way of cooling water treatment was put forward in this paper. Using photon energy to improve and stabilize water magnetic treatment. It was discussed that photon and magnetic field act on the physical chemical effect of cooling water. It was devised that photon and magnetic field co treatment kills the bacteria in the cooling water and increase the corrosion resistance of the water. The technology also prevents scale and removes accumulated scale when the water cools the equipment. The tests researched on photon absorption of the cooling water under magnetic field and the corrossivity of cooling water after co treating with photon and magnetic field. The results showed that co-treating with infrared and magnetic field was more effective.
