摘要
[目的]观察活血降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。[方法]将符合标准的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予饮食、运动疗法及常规西药治疗。对照组30例用弥可保(0.5mg/次,3次/d)治疗,治疗组在上述基础上加用活血降糖胶囊(3粒/次,3次/d)治疗,进行疗效比较,疗程均为3个月。[结果]治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为63.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]活血降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxue （activating blood circulation） Jiangtang （decreasing blood sugar） capsule in treating diabetes associated with peripheral neuropathy. [Methods] Sixty patients with peripheral neuropathy complicated in diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of control group were treated with Methycobal（0.5mg, three times a day） and those of treatment group with Huoxue Jiangtang capsule and Methycobal together. The treatment course was three months. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and that of control group was 63.4% with obvious differentiation between them （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Huoxue Jiangtang capsule has a better clinical effect in treating peripheral neuropathy complicated in diabetes.
