桩西采油厂污水结垢情况分析及防垢剂的筛选

摘要 分析了桩西采油厂各区块地层水和注入水的化学成分检测数据,由此推出,地层水本身有析出碳酸钙垢的可能性,注入水和地层水混合也有析出碳酸钙垢的可能性。针对桩西采油厂污水可能析出碳酸钙垢的结垢特点,筛选出了适用的防碳酸钙垢的防垢剂。 The data of examining of chemical composition and test data of the underground and injecting water of every block in Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant were analyzed. For the above reason, it was considered that the underground water itself had possibility of CaCO3 scaling. There was a possibility of emerging CaCO3 scale when the underground and injecting water was mixed. Anti-CaCO3scale agent is screened for the characteristic of CaCO3 Scale formation in Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant.
