摘要
详细介绍了生物酶稠油解堵剂的解堵机理:该解堵剂能够降低油水界面张力,改变岩石润湿性,使胶质、沥青质脱离固体颗粒表面,同时细粉砂也可随着液流排出,在解除有机垢堵塞的同时也可使固体颗粒堵塞部分解除。岩心驱替实验结果显示,对于渗透率小于1μm2的岩心,生物酶稠油解堵剂的解堵效果并不理想,而对于渗透率大于1μm2的岩心其解堵效果则很明显。现场应用结果表明,生物酶稠油解堵剂能够有效解除稠油油藏堵塞,提高油井产量。
The principles for plug removal with biological enzyme in heavy oil reservoir were introduced in detail, biological enzyme could be used to reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water, could change the wetting ability of rock, which might lead to the breakaway of resin and asphaltine attached to the rock surface; at the same time the fine sand in wire wrapped liner could be removed. Core displacement test results show that plug removal in cores with the permeability higher than 1μm2 is more effective than that with the permeability lower than 1μm2. The results of field application demonstrate that biological enzyme can relieve the plug in heavy oil reservoir effectively and improve the oil production rate, it has a good perspect for heavy oil reservoir development.
