摘要
乡镇成教中心校是实施农民教育培训的主阵地。要培养和造就"有文化、懂技能、会经营"的新型农民,就必须加强乡镇成教中心校能力建设,以科学有效的培训模式对农民实施有针对性的、实用性强的教育培训。加强乡镇成教中心校能力建设的对策是:加强基础能力建设,努力改善办学条件;加强校长办学能力建设,积极推进学校改革发展;加强师资队伍建设,不断提高教师的执教能力;主动服务地方社会经济发展,不断提升社会服务能力。
The grown -ups education schools in townships are main positions for training farmers. In order to create a new kind of farmers who are ＂intelectural, skillful and skilled at management＂, we have to enhance the capacity development of the grown- ups education school in townships to exert an aiming and practical education and training. The countermeasures we put forward are ： enhance the development of fundamental capacity ; improve the conditions of running school; improve the headmasters ability in running schools; promote the school reform; better the teachers quality and and ability ; offer to serve the development of local soeie - economy and improve the ability of service.
