摘要
本文论述了网络环境对高校图书馆信息资源建设工作的影响,提出了高校图书馆文献资源建设应遵循的原则,探讨了图书馆为适应新的网络环境在文献资源建设中应采取的对策。
This article discusses the effect of network environment on university library information resources building, puts forward the principle which university library building should follow, explores the countermeasures the library should taken in order to adapt to the new network environment in the construction of literature resources.
