摘要
本文报道了外科用丝质缝合线的电子束和γ射线灭菌的效应,测定了初始污染程度和D_(10)值的分布。此外,对辐照后材质性能也进行了理化分析,测试了拉伸强度、溶出物、OD值和溶出液的紫外吸收谱等。从而比较了两者的辐射灭菌效应和对材质的影响。
The effect of Electron Beam and γ ray sterilization for silk surgi-cal suture was studied. The initial contamination and distribution of D_(10) value weremeasured. Physical and chemical analysis of the material, such as tensile strength.water soluble extractive matter, optical density and U V spectrum were made afterirradiation. In addition, a comparsion of material degradation between E B and γ ste-rilization was investigated.
