摘要
提出了一种基于微机时钟脉冲的新型FM—FD—FM细分原理,用于调制型传感器信号处理,可使传感器测量分辨率较采用直接细分技术时提高2~3个数量级,给出了适于实时测量与补偿的细分硬件实现方案。
A new Subdivision principle based on computer clock pulse is presented in this paper. It is adapted for the processing of phase or frequency modulate—typed sensor signal. Here named FM—FD—FM (frequency mixing—frequency doubling—frequency mixing) technology. By means of the new technology, the distinguishability for measurement can be improved 2~3 orders. The corresponding hardware block diagram realising real-time measurement is also given out.
