摘要
服装缝纫工程是服装生产中的关键环节。按服装缝纫工艺流程的顺序,根据ISO9000标准的要求,对工艺员、组长、检验员的职责要求进行分析,设计出一套符合现代服装企业要求的服装缝纫工艺管理流程,使缝纫工程更加科学、规范,以提高企业的管理质量和效率。
Garment sewing process is a key part of the production. The management of clothes sewing processes is discussed in this paper based on the requirements of ISO 9000 standards. The duties of technical staffs, line leaders and inspectors are analyzed. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the sewing processes, the frameworks of management for these duties are designed respectively.
