铝质细长缸套内孔表面高效超声珩磨加工 被引量:2

摘要 如何解决铝质细长缸套内孔表面加工过程精度与生产效率的问题,一直是内孔珩磨加工业的难点之一。利用超声振动珩磨磨削力小、珩磨温度低、油石不易堵塞、加工效率高等特点,根据铝质材料性质,再通过对振动频率、振幅、磨料、磨粒、珩磨速度等工艺参数的选择,对细长缸套内孔表面进行高效珩磨加工。在理论研究的基础上,经试验研究证明超声振动珩磨法可以较好地解决铝质细长缸套内孔表面加工过程精度与生产效率之间关系的问题。 Hide to hide the life cycle comparison with numerical building through a traditional building, shallow application talked the information life cycle management in the library the traditional building hide, pass the information life cycle management concept, make abundant of the information resources get valid exploitation, developping an information well of biggest value.
