摘要
本文介绍了采用PWM静电伺服技术的微型角速度传感器的结构组成,分析了其工作机理,提出了其基本的检测原理。采用PWM检测技术,使微弱、低频信号的高精度检测成为现实。
This paper describes the structural components of the angular speed microsensor utilizing a pulse width modulation (PWM) Electrostatic Servo Technique and analyzes its principle of operation and presents its fundamental sensing principle. Highly accurate detection of feeble and low frequency signals become realizable with the PWM sensing technique.
